एतत्ते कथितं षष्ठं मया मन्वन्तरं द्विज ।
चाक्षुषस्य तथा जन्म चरितञ्च महात्मनः ॥
etat te kathitaṃ ṣaṣṭhaṃ mayā manvantaraṃ dvija / cākṣuṣasya tathā janma caritañ ca mahātmanaḥ
இவ்வாறு, ஓ இருபிறப்பாளனே! ஆறாம் மன்வந்தரத்தையும், மகாத்மா சாக்ஷுஷனின் பிறப்பும் வரலாறும் உனக்குச் சொன்னேன்.
