ततः कलाभिः सोमस्य वर्धन्तीभिरहः क्षये । आप्याय्यमानाहरहो वृद्धिं यातास्मि सत्तम ॥
tataḥ kalābhiḥ somasya vardhantībhir ahaḥ-kṣaye | āpyāyyamānā ahar-aho vṛddhiṃ yātāsmi sattama ||
அப்போது சோமன் (சந்திரன்) கலைகள் நாள்தோறும் வளர்ந்தன; நானும் தினந்தோறும் போஷிக்கப்பட்டு வளர்ந்தேன், ஓ புண்ணியவான்களில் சிறந்தவரே।
