स्मृतिं चापहरत्यन्या स्त्रीणां सा स्मृतिहारिका । विविक्तदेशसेवित्वात्तस्याश्चोपशमो भवेत् ॥
smṛtiṃ cāpaharaty anyā strīṇāṃ sā smṛtihārikā | viviktadeśasevitvāt tasyāś copśamo bhavet ||
மற்றொரு (தோஷம்) பெண்களின் நினைவாற்றலை அபகரிக்கிறது; அவள் ‘ஸ்ம்ருதிஹாரிகா’—நினைவு அபஹாரிணி—என்று அழைக்கப்படுகிறாள். தனிமையான இடங்களில் தங்குவதால் அவளின் தொல்லை அடங்கும்।
