Adhyaya 51 — Yaksha Injunctions: Graha-Children and Female Spirits Causing Domestic and Ritual Disruptions
तिष्ठत्यन्यकुमारस्तु तथास्त्त्वित्यसकृद्ब्रुवन् ।
शुभाशुभे नृणां युङ्क्ते तथोक्तिस्तच्च नान्यथा ॥
tiṣṭhaty anyakumārastu tathāsttv ity asakṛd bruvan / śubhāśubhe nṛṇāṃ yuṅkte tathoktis tacca nānyathā
மற்றொரு குமாரன் இருக்கிறான்; அவன் மீண்டும் மீண்டும் ‘ததாஸ்து’ (“அப்படியே ஆகுக”) என்று உரைக்கிறான். மனிதர்க்கு சுபமும் அசுபமும் ஆகிய பலன்களை அவன் நிர்ணயிக்கிறான்—அவனே ததோக்தி; அது உண்மையேயாகும்.
