इत्येषा मानुषी सृष्टिर्या पूर्वं वै प्रजापतेः ।

तस्यान्ववायसम्भूता यैरिदं पूरितं जगत् ॥

Transliteration

ity eṣā mānuṣī sṛṣṭir yā pūrvaṃ vai prajāpateḥ |

tasyānvavāyasambhūtā yair idaṃ pūritaṃ jagat ||

Translation

இது முன்பு பிரஜாபதிக்குச் சொந்தமான மனிதப் படைப்பு. அதன் வம்சத் தொடரில் பிறந்தவர்களால் இவ்வுலகம் நிரம்பியது.
