Adhyaya 38 — Dattatreya on Non-Identification (Mamata) and the Path to Liberation
मशकोडुम्बरेषीकामुञ्जमत्स्याम्भसां यथा ।
एकत्वे 'पि पृथग्भावस्तथा क्षेत्रात्मनोर् नृप ! ॥
maśakoḍumbareṣīkāmuñjamatsyāmbhasāṃ yathā |
ekatve 'pi pṛthagbhāvastathā kṣetrātmanornṛpa ! ||
கொசு, உதும்பரப் பழம், நாணல்/நார், முன்ஜப் புல், மீன், நீர்—ஒருசேர சொல்லப்பட்டாலும்—தனித்தனியே இருப்பதுபோல், அரசே, க்ஷேத்ரமும் ஆத்மாவும் வேறுபட்டவை.
