कस्मान्नानीयते वत्सावुपकाराय मानदः ।
एवमुक्तौ ततस्तेन पित्रा स्नेहवता तु तौ ॥
kasmān nānīyate vatsāv upakārāya mānadaḥ |
evam uktau tatas tena pitrā snehavatā tu tau ||
‘என் அன்புப் புதல்வர்களே, அவன் செய்த உதவிக்குப் பதிலளிக்க, ஹே மரியாதை அளிப்பவனே, அவனை ஏன் அழைத்து வரவில்லை?’ என்று கூறப்பட்டபோது, பாசமிகு தந்தை அந்த இருவரிடமும் அன்புடன் உரைத்தான்।
