दशांशश्रैव होमो5पि कर्तव्यो5त्र नराधिप । इदं मया तवाग्रे च प्रोक्त सर्व नरर्षभ
daśāṁśaś caiva homo 'pi kartavyo 'tra narādhipa | idaṁ mayā tavāgre ca proktaṁ sarvaṁ nararṣabha ||
வைசம்பாயனர் கூறினார்— ஓ அரசே! இவ்விஷயத்தில் ‘தசாம்ச-ஹோமம்’ என்பதையும் செய்ய வேண்டும். ஓ மனிதர்களில் சிறந்தவனே! செய்ய வேண்டிய அனைத்தையும் நான் உன் முன்னிலையில் விரிவாக எடுத்துரைத்தேன்।
