Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
देवपक्षचरा: सौम्या: प्राजापत्या महर्षय: । आप्नवन्ति तपश्चैव ब्रह्मचर्य परं तथा
devapakṣacarāḥ saumyāḥ prājāpatyā maharṣayaḥ | āpnavanti tapaś caiva brahmacarya-paraṃ tathā ||
வசிஷ்டர் கூறினார்—பிரஜாபதிகளின் வம்சத்தில் பிறந்த இம்மஹரிஷிகள் இயல்பில் சாந்தமுடையவர்களாக இருந்து, எப்போதும் தேவர்களின் பக்கத்தில் நிலைத்து, தவமும் பரம பிரம்மச்சரியமும் தரும் வலிமையை அடையட்டும்।
