सर्वकर्मा स्वयम्भूत आदिरादिकरो निधि: । सहस्राक्षो विशालाक्ष: सोमो नक्षत्रसाधक:
sarvakarmā svayambhūta ādir ādikaro nidhiḥ | sahasrākṣo viśālākṣaḥ somo nakṣatrasādhakaḥ ||
வாயுதேவன் கூறினான்— அவர் எல்லாக் கருமங்களின் செயற்படுத்துபவன்; சுயம்பூ, என்றும் நிறைவேறியவன்; ஆதிகளுக்கும் ஆதியாகிய முதல் தொடக்கம். அவர் ஆதிகரன்—முதற் மூலத்தை வெளிப்படுத்துபவன்—மற்றும் அழியாத ஐஸ்வர்யத்தின் களஞ்சியம். அவர் ஆயிரக்கண், அகன்ற கண்; அவர் சோமன்—சந்திர வடிவன்—மற்றும் நட்சத்திரங்களின் தாங்கியும் ஒழுங்குபடுத்தும் ஆளும் ஆவான்.
