वायुरुवाच ब्राह्मणान्‌ क्षात्रधर्मेण पालयस्वेन्द्रियाणि च । भगुभ्यस्ते भयं घोरं तत्‌ तु कालाद भविष्यति

Transliteration

vāyur uvāca brāhmaṇān kṣātradharmeṇa pālayasvendriyāṇi ca | bhṛgubhyaḥ te bhayaṃ ghoraṃ tat tu kālād bhaviṣyati ||

Translation

வாயு கூறினான்—அரசே! க்ஷத்திரிய தர்மத்தின்படி பிராமணர்களைக் காக்கவும்; புலன்களையும் அடக்கவும். ப்ருகு வம்சப் பிராமணர்களிடமிருந்து உனக்கு கொடிய அச்சம் வரும்; ஆனால் அது நீண்ட காலத்திற்குப் பின் நிகழும்.
