स च तैव्यथित: शक्रो वसिष्ठं शरणं ययौ । ततो<5भयं ददौ तेभ्यो वसिष्ठो भगवानृषि:

Transliteration

sa ca tair vyathitaḥ śakro vasiṣṭhaṃ śaraṇaṃ yayau | tato 'bhayaṃ dadau tebhyo vasiṣṭho bhagavān ṛṣiḥ |

Translation

அவர்களால் துயருற்ற சக்ரன் (இந்திரன்) வசிஷ்டரிடம் சரணடைந்தான்; அப்போது பகவான் முனிவர் வசிஷ்டர் தேவர்களுக்கு அபயத்தை அருளினார்.
