ताम्रपात्रेण दातव्यमन्यथाल्पफलं भवेत् | गुहामेतत् समुद्दिष्टं यथा तुष्यन्ति देवता:
tāmrapātreṇa dātavyam anyathā alpaphalaṃ bhavet | guhā etat samuddiṣṭaṃ yathā tuṣyanti devatāḥ ||
தாமிரப் பாத்திரத்தின் வழியேதான் தானமும் அர்ப்பணமும் செய்ய வேண்டும்; இல்லையெனில் பலன் குறைந்துவிடும். இது மறைவாகக் கற்பிக்கப்பட்ட உபதேசம்—இவ்வாறு செய்தால் தேவர்கள் திருப்தியடைகிறார்கள்.
