Droṇa’s Ācārya-Dakṣiṇā: Capture of Drupada and Division of Pāñcāla (द्रोण-आचार्यदक्षिणा)
मा द्राक्षीस्त्वं कुलस्यास्य घोरं संक्षयमात्मन: । तथेति समनुज्ञाय सा प्रविश्याब्रवीत् स्नुषाम्
mā drākṣīs tvaṁ kulasyāsya ghoraṁ saṁkṣayam ātmanaḥ | tatheti samanujñāya sā praviśyābravīt snuṣām ||
வைசம்பாயனர் கூறினார்—நீ உன் கண்களால் இந்த குலத்தின் கொடிய அழிவைக் காணாதே. ‘அப்படியே’ என்று ஒப்புதல் அளித்து அவள் உள்ளே சென்று மருமகளிடம் கூறினாள்।
