आभ्यन्तरध्यान-तत्त्वगणना-चतुर्व्यूहयोगः

Adhyaya 28

सूर्ये वह्नौ च सर्वेषां सर्वत्रैवं विचारतः सैवाहं सो ऽहमित्येवं द्विधा संस्थाप्य भावतः

sūrye vahnau ca sarveṣāṃ sarvatraivaṃ vicārataḥ saivāhaṃ so 'hamityevaṃ dvidhā saṃsthāpya bhāvataḥ

விவேகமாக அவனை எங்கும் காண்க—சூரியனில், அக்னியில், எல்லா உயிர்களிலும். உள்ளுணர்வை இருவகையாக நிறுவுக—“நானே அந்த சக்தி” மற்றும் “நானே அந்த சிவன்”; அப்பொழுது அனைத்திலும் நிறைந்த ஆண்டவன் ஆத்மஸ்வரூபமாக உணரப்படும்.
