लिङ्गार्चनपूर्वकं स्नानाचमनविधिः

गन्धद्वारां दुराधर्षाम् इति मन्त्रेण मन्त्रवित् कपिलागोमयेनैव खस्थेनैव तु लेपयेत्

Transliteration

gandhadvārāṃ durādharṣām iti mantreṇa mantravit kapilāgomayenaiva khasthenaiva tu lepayet

Translation

மந்திரம் அறிந்தவன் ‘கந்தத்வாராம் துராதர்ஷாம்’ எனத் தொடங்கும் மந்திரத்தை ஜபித்தபடியே, கையில் உள்ளதையே கொண்டு—கபிலா பசுவின் கோமயத்தால்—லிங்கஸ்தலம் அல்லது பூஜைஸ்தலத்தை லேபனம் செய்ய வேண்டும்।
