ब्रह्मनारायणस्तवः — शिवस्य प्रभवत्व-प्रतिपादनम्

बृहद्रथो भीमकर्मा बृहत्कीर्तिर् धनञ्जयः घण्टाप्रियो ध्वजी छत्त्री पिनाकी ध्वजिनीपतिः

Transliteration

bṛhadratho bhīmakarmā bṛhatkīrtir dhanañjayaḥ ghaṇṭāpriyo dhvajī chattrī pinākī dhvajinīpatiḥ

Translation

அவன் ப்ருஹத்ரதன்—மாபெரும் ரத வீரன்; பீமகர்மன்—அச்சமூட்டும் மகத்தான செயல்கள் உடையவன்; ப்ருஹத்கீர்த்தி—விரிந்த புகழ் உடையவன்; தனஞ்சயன்—வெற்றியளிப்பவன். புனித மணி ஒலியை விரும்புவான்; கொடியைத் தாங்குவான்; அரசக் குடைத் தத்துவமே அவன்; பினாகத்தை ஏந்துவான்; சேனைகளின் தலைவன்—பதி சிவன்.
