ततः संतर्पयेद् देवानृषीन् पितृगणांस्तथा / अदावोङ्कारमुच्चार्य नमो ऽन्ते तर्पयामि वः
tataḥ saṃtarpayed devānṛṣīn pitṛgaṇāṃstathā / adāvoṅkāramuccārya namo 'nte tarpayāmi vaḥ
பின்னர் தேவர்கள், ரிஷிகள், பித்ருகணங்கள் ஆகியோருக்கு தர்ப்பணம் செய்ய வேண்டும். தொடக்கத்தில் ‘ஓம்’ உச்சரித்து, முடிவில் “நமோ, இறுதியில் உங்களைத் திருப்திப்படுத்துகிறேன்” என்று கூற வேண்டும்.
