सरस्वतीमनुमतिं भगं यन्तो हवामहे । वाचं जुष्टां मधुमतीमवादिषं देवानां देवहूतिषु

IAST Transliteration

sárasvatīm ánumatiṃ bhágaṃ yántaḥ havāmahe | vā́caṃ juṣṭā́ṃ mádhumatīm avādiṣaṃ devā́nāṃ deváhūtiṣu ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Sarasvatī, Anumatī, and Bhaga—approaching, we invoke. A speech, well-accepted, honey-fraught, have I uttered amid the gods’ invocations unto the Gods.

Translation

சரஸ்வதி, அனுமதி, பகன்—அவர்களை நோக்கி அணுகி நாம் அழைக்கிறோம். தேவர்களின் தேவரை அழைக்கும் அழைப்புகளின் நடுவே, நான் இனிமையும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டதுமான, தேன் நிறைந்த வாக்கை உரைத்தேன்।
