उदिन्न्वस्य रिच्यतेंऽशो धनं न जिग्युषः । य इन्द्रो हरिवान्न दभन्ति तं रिपो दक्षं दधाति सोमिनि

IAST Transliteration

úd íd nv asya ricyáte’ṃśó dhánaṃ ná jigyúṣaḥ | yá índro hárivān ná dábhanti táṃ ripó dákṣaṃ dadhāti somíni

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Forth, even now, is poured his portion, like wealth for him that hath conquered. Whom Indra, the tawny-steeded, none may foil—on him the foe bestows not mastery; rather, he establishes might in the soma-offerer.

Translation

இப்போதும் அவனுடைய பங்கு வெளிப்படையாக ஊற்றப்படுகிறது—வெற்றி பெற்றவனுக்குச் செல்வம் போல. ஹரி-அசுவங்களை உடைய இந்திரனை யாரும் ஏமாற்ற இயலாத அந்த மனிதன் மீது பகைவர் ஆதிக்கம் செலுத்த முடியாது; மாறாக, சோம யஜமானனில் வலிமையும் திறனும் (தக்ஷம்) நிலைபெறச் செய்கிறான்.
