Sukta 53
क ईं वेद सुते सचा पिबन्तं कद् वयो दधे । अयं यः पुरो विभिनत्त्योजसा मन्दानः शिप्र्यन्धसः
ká īṃ veda suté sacā píbantaṃ kád váyo dadhe | ayáṃ yáḥ púro vibhínatty ójasā mandānáḥ śípry ándhasaḥ ||
Who, verily, knows him—drinking in company at the Soma pressed—what vital might he hath assumed? This is he who shatters forts by force, exhilarated, O Śipri, with the Soma’s juice.
பிழிந்த சோமத்துடன் கூட்டாக அருந்துகின்ற அவனை யார் உண்மையில் அறிவார்—அவன் எந்த உயிர்வலிமையை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டான்? இதுவே அவன்: வலிமையால் கோட்டைகளைப் பிளக்கிறான்; ஓ ஶிப்ரி, சோமரசத்தால் உற்சாகமடைந்து.
