यदिन्द्र प्रागपागुदङ्न्यग् वा हूयसे नृभिः । सिमा पुरू नृषूतो अस्यानवेऽसि प्रशर्ध तुर्वशे
yádi índra prā́g apā́g úd-aṅ nyàg vā hūyáse nṛ́bhiḥ | símā purū́ nṛ-sū́to asyā́nave ’si praśardha turváśe
If, Indra, eastward or westward, northward or downward, thou art called by men, within the many bounds—thou, driver-on of heroes, art for this Anu’s son: press on in onset against the Turvaśa.
இந்திரா, கிழக்காகவோ மேற்காகவோ, வடக்காகவோ அல்லது கீழ்நோக்கவோ மனிதர்கள் உன்னை அழைத்தால்—இந்தப் பல எல்லைகளுக்குள்—வீரர்களை முன்னே செலுத்துபவனே, நீ இந்த அனுவின் மகனுக்காக இருக்கிறாய்; துர்வஶனுக்கு எதிராகத் தாக்குதலில் அழுத்தி முன்னேறு, மோதித் தாக்கு.
