सामदानाभ्यां दुर्बलानुपनमयेत्भेददण्डाभ्यां बलवतः ॥ कZ_०७.१६.०३ ॥

Transliteration

sāmadānābhyāṃ durbalānupanamayet bhedadaṇḍābhyāṃ balavataḥ

Translation

பலவீனர்களை சமாதானமும் பரிசும் மூலம் தன் பக்கம் ஈர்க்க வேண்டும்; வலிமையானவர்களைப் பிளவு மற்றும் தண்டனையால் கட்டுப்படுத்த வேண்டும்.
