अरिविजिगीष्वोर्भूम्यनन्तरः संहतासंहतयोरनुग्रहसमर्थो निग्रहे चासंहतयोर्मध्यमः ॥ कZ_०६.२.२१ ॥

Transliteration

arivijigīṣvor bhūmyanantaraḥ saṃhatāsaṃhatayor anugrahasamartho nigrahe cāsaṃhatayor madhyamaḥ

Translation

எதிரியும் வெற்றிக்கோரும் அரசனும்—இருவருக்கும் நிலம் ஒட்டியிருப்பவன் ‘மத்தியமன்’; ஒன்றுபட்டதோ பிளவுபட்டதோ எந்தப் பக்கத்திற்கும் ஆதரவு/அனுகிரகம் செய்ய வல்லவன்; மேலும் பிளவுபட்டவர்களை அடக்கவும் வல்லவன்.
