स पक्षवांश्चेदनादेयः विपर्यये पर्यादातव्यः ॥ कZ_०२.९.२४ ॥
Transliteration
sa pakṣavāṃś ced anādeyaḥ viparyaye paryādātavyaḥ
Translation
அவனுக்கு ஆதரவு குழு இருந்தால் அவனை வெளிப்படையாக நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கக் கூடாது; மாறாக இருந்தால் மீட்பு/வசூல் நடவடிக்கைகளால் அவனிடமிருந்து செல்வத்தை வெளியேற்றச் செய்து மீட்டெடுக்க வேண்டும்।
