இப்போது இருநூற்று நாற்பதாம் அதிகாரம். ராமன் கூறினான்—பிரபாவம், உற்சாகம் என்ற இரு சக்திகளிலும் மந்திரசக்தியே போற்றத்தக்கது; பிரபாவமும் உற்சாகமும் கொண்ட ஒரு கவிஞனும் தேவர்களின் புரோகிதனால் வெல்லப்பட்டான்.
