मध्येषु डिण्डिमं प्रार्च्य गन्धमाल्यानुलेपनैः हुत्वा देयस्तु कलसो रसपूर्णो द्विजाय च
madhyeṣu ḍiṇḍimaṃ prārcya gandhamālyānulepanaiḥ hutvā deyastu kalaso rasapūrṇo dvijāya ca
நடுப்பகுதியில் முதலில் கந்தம், மாலை, அனுலேபனம் ஆகியவற்றால் டிண்டிமம் (முரசு) வழிபட வேண்டும். பின்னர் ஹோமம் செய்து ரசம் நிறைந்த கலசத்தை பிராமணருக்கும் அளிக்க வேண்டும்.
