यावकेन दिनैकं तु गोमूत्रेण च कारयेत् ॥ रात्रौ वीरासनं कुर्यादाकाशशयने वसेत्

yāvakena dinaikaṃ tu gomūtreṇa ca kārayet || rātrau vīrāsanaṃ kuryād ākāśaśayane vaset
