कृत्वैतन्नश्यते कीर्तिर्यावदाचंद्रतारकम् । एवं संचिंत्य बहुधा गत्वा चैव वनांतरम्
kṛtvaitannaśyate kīrtiryāvadācaṃdratārakam | evaṃ saṃciṃtya bahudhā gatvā caiva vanāṃtaram
यदि कृत्वैतत् नश्येत् कीर्तिर्मम चन्द्रतारकयावद् ध्रुवा; इति बहुधा सञ्चिन्त्य स वनान्तरं गत्वा गहनं प्रविवेश।
