पितॄन्देवांस्तर्पयंति शोणितैश्चामिषैः शुभैः । केचिदामिषराशिस्था दृष्ट्वान्यस्य करामिषम्
pitṝndevāṃstarpayaṃti śoṇitaiścāmiṣaiḥ śubhaiḥ | kecidāmiṣarāśisthā dṛṣṭvānyasya karāmiṣam
केचित् पितॄन् देवान् च शोणितैः शुभैश्चामिषैस्तर्पयन्ति स्म। अन्ये तु आमिषराशिषु स्थित्वा, अन्यस्य करे स्थितमामिषं दृष्ट्वा लोलुपतया पश्यन्ति स्म॥
