उत्पत्तिहेतुरेते च यस्मिन्सर्वं प्रलीयते । सर्वावासीति देवत्वाद्वासुदेवेत्युदाहृतः
utpattiheturete ca yasminsarvaṃ pralīyate | sarvāvāsīti devatvādvāsudevetyudāhṛtaḥ
एतेषां सर्वेषामुत्पत्तिहेतुः स एव, यस्मिन्सर्वं प्रलीयते; सर्वावासी देवत्वात् ‘वासुदेव’ इति उदाहृतः।
