पुरोळा इत्तुर्वशो यक्षुरासीद्राये मत्स्यासो निशिता अपीव । श्रुष्टिं चक्रुर्भृगवो द्रुह्यवश्च सखा सखायमतरद्विषूचोः ॥

Transliteration

puroḷā́ it turváśo yákṣur āsīd rāyé matsyā́so níśitā ápīva | śruṣṭíṃ cakrur bhṛ́gavo druhyávaś ca sákhā sákhāyam atarad víṣūcoḥ ||

Translation

रायः प्राप्तये तुर्वशो यक्षुश्च पुरोळाश इवाभवताम्; मत्स्याः निशिताः खड्गधारा इव तं पातुमिव प्रचक्रामुः। भृगवो द्रुह्यवश्च श्रुष्टिं चक्रुः; विषूचोः संघर्षधारयोर्मध्ये सखा सखायम् अतरत्।
