ब्रह्मचारी चरति वेविषद्विषः स देवानां भवत्येकमङ्गम् । तेन जायामन्वविन्दद्बृहस्पतिः सोमेन नीतां जुह्वं न देवाः ॥

Transliteration

brahmacārī́ carati véviṣad víṣaḥ sá devā́nāṁ bhavaty ékam áṅgam | ténā jāyā́m ánv avindad bṛ́haspátiḥ sómena nītā́ṁ júhvaṁ na devā́ḥ ||

Translation

ब्रह्मचारी विषशक्तिभिः प्रतिवेपनः चरति; स देवानाम् एकमङ्गं भवति। तेन तेजसा बृहस्पतिः अनुगतां जायां पुनरविन्दत्; सोमेन नीतां सा देवान् प्रति जुह्वामिव आगात्—अन्तर्यज्ञकर्मणि यज्ञयोग्या।
