नाकस्य पृष्ठे अधि तिष्ठति श्रितो यः पृणाति स ह देवेषु गच्छति । तस्मा आपो घृतमर्षन्ति सिन्धवस्तस्मा इयं दक्षिणा पिन्वते सदा ॥
nā́kasya pṛṣṭhé ádhi tiṣṭhati śritó yáḥ pṛṇā́ti sá ha devéṣu gacchati | tásmā ā́po ghṛtám arṣanti síndhavas tásmā iyáṃ dakṣiṇā́ pinvate sádā ||
यः पृणाति स पूरयति च, स नाकस्य पृष्ठे श्रितः तिष्ठति; स हि देवेषु गच्छति। तस्मै आपः घृतप्रभां स्रवन्ति, सिन्धवोऽपि तां प्रवाहयन्ति; तस्मै इयं दक्षिणा सदा पिन्वते वर्धते च।
