त्वां देवेषु प्रथमं हवामहे त्वं बभूथ पृतनासु सासहिः । सेमं नः कारुमुपमन्युमुद्भिदमिन्द्रः कृणोतु प्रसवे रथं पुरः ॥
tvā́ṃ devéṣu prathamáṃ havāmahe tváṃ babhū́tha pṛ́tanāsu sāsahíḥ | sémáṃ naḥ kā́rum upa-mányum ud-bhídam índraḥ kṛṇotu prasavé ráthaṃ puráḥ ||
त्वां देवेषु प्रथमं वयं हवामहे; त्वं पृतनासु सासहिर्भूत्वा जयसि। इन्द्रः अस्माकम् इमं कारुम् उपमन्युम् उद्भिदं विघ्नच्छेदकं च करोतु, प्रसवे च अस्माकं रथं पुरः स्थापयतु।
