Self-controlled Hanuman, the great monkey acting with firmness of mind and ingenuity threw her down and once again rapidly grew in size.
Dharma is disciplined power: strength is guided by self-control and purposeful action, not by anger or pride.

Ātma-saṃyama (self-mastery) combined with dhṛti (fortitude) and dākṣya (skill).
