अथवा अहं स्वयमेव सुमित्रानुचरा सुखम्, अग्निहोत्रं पुरस्कृत्य, यत्र राघवः तत्र प्रस्थास्ये।
Or else I, accompanied by Sumitra, shall go happily on my own holding the sacred fire in front to that place where Rama dwells.
Dharma is shown as steadfast loyalty to the righteous person (Rāma) and adherence to sacred duty-symbols (the household fire), even amid personal grief.
Kausalyā, distressed after Rāma’s exile and suspecting wrongdoing, speaks to Bharata and declares she will go to Rāma herself, even taking the sacred fire along.
Kausalyā’s resolve and devotion—her determination to align herself with Rāma’s path of righteousness.
