FAQs

It instructs the officiant to prompt the participants to proceed with the sacrifice, to honor the ācārya, and to position the Ṛg-veda reciters in the east and the Yajur-veda experts in the south.

Traditional yajña procedures assign roles and spatial placements to priestly functions; directions help organize recitation and ritual actions according to established Vedic order and symbolism.

Respect for the ācārya is highlighted as integral to dharmic practice—ritual correctness is paired with reverence toward the teacher who transmits sacred knowledge.
