अंतर्गतो लोकमयः सदैव पचत्यसौ स्थावरजंगमानाम् । स्वाहामुखो देवगणस्य हेतुस्तं वासुदेवं शरणं प्रपद्ये

It is a metaphor for the inner divine power that digests, ripens, and transforms all beings and experiences—sustaining life and governing the processes of change in both the moving and unmoving creation.
“Svāhā” is the sacrificial exclamation used when making offerings in yajña. Calling Vāsudeva “svāhā-mukha” links Him to the sacrificial act and its efficacy—He is the ultimate recipient/ground of offerings and the power through which ritual bears fruit.
It teaches śaraṇāgati (taking refuge): recognizing Vāsudeva as the indwelling ruler of all, the cause even of the gods, and surrendering to Him as the highest protection and truth.
