आत्मनश्च महाभागा दुःखेनातिप्रपीडिता । सुनीथोवाच । अन्यच्चैव प्रवक्ष्यामि सख्यः शृण्वंतु सांप्रतम्

Sunītha

Concept: Even when crushed by sorrow, one should speak truthfully and continue the narrative of causes and lessons; attentive listening among companions becomes a support for transformation.

Application: When overwhelmed, do not isolate: speak to trusted companions, narrate the situation clearly, and invite listening. Convert pain into a truthful account that guides the next right action rather than spiraling into silence or blame.
