FAQs

Aṅga is identified as a Prajāpati (a progenitor figure) born in Atri’s lineage, praised as a powerful lord and an establisher of dharma.

It presents Aṅga as an authoritative founder/organizer of social and sacred order—one who institutes and upholds righteous norms rather than creating “dharma” as a physical substance.

Legitimate authority is linked to dharma: true lordship is measured by the capacity to establish and sustain righteous order for the world.
