FAQs

Here “Niyama” is presented in a personified way, described as arriving, radiant, and crystal-like—suggesting disciplined restraint embodied as a luminous presence rather than a mere abstract principle.

Crystal imagery conveys clarity, purity, and transparency—implying that disciplined observance (niyama) purifies one’s nature and makes conduct bright and untainted.

It highlights steadfast discipline: niyama is “unreleased/constant,” suggesting that sustained self-restraint and purity of practice accompany and protect the seeker like a radiant companion.
