Narada (narrative voice within Uttara-Bhaga context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It situates the listener in a tirtha-mahātmya setting: the king’s immediate movement into a prosperous sacred city signals the momentum of destiny and the unfolding of dharma within a holy geography.
Indirectly, it frames bhakti through sacred travel and association—entering a revered place and proceeding with a divine or enchanting companion (Mohinī) prepares the narrative ground where devotion, vows, or worship often become transformative.
No explicit Vedāṅga instruction appears in this verse; it primarily advances the itinerary-style narration typical of tirtha-mahātmya sections rather than teaching śikṣā, vyākaraṇa, or jyotiṣa directly.
