Adhyaya 54 — Cosmography of Jambudvipa: Continents, Oceans, Varshas, and Mount Meru
सा परिक्रम्य वै मेरुं जम्बूमूलं पुनर्नदी ।
विशति द्विजशार्दूल पीयमाना जनैश्च तैः ॥
sā parikramya vai meruṁ jambū-mūlaṁ punar nadī | viśati dvijaśārdūla pīyamānā janaiś ca taiḥ ||
सा नदी मेरुं परिक्रम्य पुनर्जम्बूमूलं प्रतिनिवर्तते, तत्र प्रविशति; हे द्विजव्याघ्र, तत्रस्थैर्भूतैः सा पीयते।
