Human experience can be mapped as distinct outcomes of creation: delusion (viparyaya) and higher states like accomplishment, peace, and contentment. The verse frames inner states as part of cosmic order, implying ethical cultivation toward śānti and tuṣṭi rather than viparyaya.
This is directly under Sarga (creation), giving a sub-classification of anugraha-sarga as one of the enumerated creations.
The fourfold division can be read as a spectrum of consciousness: from inversion/delusion to increasingly sattvic stabilizations (siddhi–śānti–tuṣṭi), suggesting that ‘creation’ includes psychological and spiritual modalities, not only physical entities.
