यस्य वै स्त्रमात्रस्य हृत्पादमवशुष्यते ।
पिबतश्च जलं शोषो दशाहं सोऽपि जीवति ॥
yasya vai stramātrasya hṛtpādamavaśuṣyate / pibataśca jalaṃ śoṣo daśāhaṃ so 'pi jīvati
अल्पप्रयासेनापि यस्य हृदयप्रदेशः पादौ च शुष्यतः, जलं पिबन्नपि शोषं अनुभवति—स दशदिनानि एव जीवति।
