Adhyaya 40The Yogin’s Impediments (Upasargas), Subtle Concentrations, and the Eight Siddhis

प्राकाम्यमस्य व्यापित्वादीशित्वञ्चेश्वरो यतः ।

वखित्वाद्वशिमा नाम योगिनः सप्तमो गुणः ॥

prākāmyam asya vyāptitvād īśitvaṃ ceśvaro yataḥ / vakhitvād vaśimā nāma yoginaḥ saptamo guṇaḥ

सर्वव्याप्तत्वात् प्राकाम्यं भवति, ऐश्वर्यभावात् ईशित्वं च। वशीकरणसमर्थत्वात् योगिनः सप्तमो गुणो वशिता इति कथ्यते॥
