Adhyaya 31 — Yoga Philosophy
रेतोमूत्रकृताहारास्तन् मासं पितरस्तयोः ।
तस्मात्तु प्रथमं कार्यं प्राज्ञेनोपनिमन्त्रणम् ॥
retomūtrakṛtāhārāstanmāsaṃ pitarastayoḥ | tasmāttu prathamaṃ kāryaṃ prājñenopanimantraṇam ||
तस्मिन् मासे तयोः पितरः शुक्र-मूत्र-शकृद्भिरन्नैः प्राणधारणं कुर्वन्ति। तस्मात् प्राज्ञैः प्रथमं पूर्वनिमन्त्रणं कर्तव्यम्।
