दत्त्वान्यद्भूबुजे दद्युर्यदि भागं ततोऽधिकम् ।
पण्यादीनामशेषाणां वणिजो गृह्णतस्ततः ॥
dattvānyad bhūbhuje dadyur yadi bhāgaṃ tato 'dhikam /
paṇyādīnām aśeṣāṇāṃ vaṇijo gṛhṇatas tataḥ
यदि दत्त्वापि जनाः भूमिभोक्त्रे राज्ञे यथोचितात् अधिकं भागं दातुं बाध्यन्ते, तदा वणिजो द्रव्याणि सर्वाणि तदादीनि च अपहरन्ति (न आनयन्ति)।
