वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse underscores how a perceived sign or event can instantly transform one’s inner state; in epic ethics, such joy may reflect hope, confidence, or a sense of divine/auspicious confirmation, reminding readers to examine the causes and consequences of emotional surges.
Vaiśaṃpāyana narrates that a person, upon seeing something significant, is seized by great joy and begins to dance—an expressive reaction that signals a turning point or a strongly interpreted omen within the surrounding war-time storyline.
